Whey syrup
12cm lactose enzyme+8cm Na alginate,mix&draw to a syringe
2Drop solution into 100cm 0.1M CaCl2 to form beads.Wait 2min
3collect&wash beads with water
4pour into syringe 
5Pass whey solution(50cm3)through&test for glucose
Glucose conc.is slowly increasing.I can use column again coz enzyme is not used
I can make a quantitative determination of the glucose conc by Benedichts
